About Your Session

Your Photographer

All sessions are photographed by myself, Michelle Hughes, and most are assisted by my husband, Jesse. Photography has been my passion since I was very young and for as long as I can remember I knew this career was for me. My very first job was at Sears Portrait Studios and while my career and talent have evolved tremendously over the last 20 years so has my love for capturing life's beautiful moments. In the simplest terms, I take portraits because I love to!

Booking Your Appointment

Your portrait experience begins when you book your appointment. Appointments can be made at any time by simply calling Michelle at 513.549.FOTO (3686) or send an email to michelle@jessefh.com. We will work with you to set an appointment that will work best for your family and busy schedule.

Your Portrait Session

When setting up an on-location session you can always expect quality professional service. We will work with you one on one to help capture your memories. We will begin by matching themes and poses that compliment the nature and occasion of your session. A typical session can produce between 15 and 20 poses for you to choose from, however, we simply create as many different images as time and the subject(s) will allow.

After the photography portion of your session is complete we will coordinate with you to deliver all of your high-resolution images. Your images are generally delivered within one week of your session. We currently offer three types of image delivery: digital download, thumb drive, or CD. Your images are often also posted on our website. This service allows you to easily share your session with your friends and family.

Ordering Your Portraits

It's all up to you! Included in every session is an image release form that allows you to print whatever you like from wherever you choose. If you need recommendations for photo labs or products please feel free to reach out.

Tips for Planning Your Session

~Plan to spend 1 to 1.5 hours for your session.

~Bringing special items from home and/or additional outfits can add more variety to your session.

~When working with children we are subject to their schedules and desires.

~Avoid scheduling appointments near nap times and come prepared for anything.

~Share your ideas. We LOVE trying new things.
